Jouéur believes Players should get exactly what they want, because you deserve it. Jouéur has never, and will never be designed for everyone. Every piece is created to solve a specific problem with specific people in mind. If that person is not you, we completely understand. If you have obtained a piece from Jouéur that you are not 100% pleased with, we will buy it back it.
We do honor a 20-day return policy, which means you have up to 20 days after receiving your item to apply for a return or refund.
Items offered at a decreased rate or on discount are all final sale.
Didn't feel that spark? No worries, it's not in everyone. To be eligible for a return, we only ask that your item be in the same condition that you received it-- unworn, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at joueurfashion@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Jouéur believes in exactness, meticulousness, and pride. Please inspect your piece upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Players are several things, but we aren't perfect. Players mess up too.
Exchanges
See something else you like? Act immediately. Jouéur prides ourselves on exclusivity and scarcity. We do this it uphold the value of each of our pieces. The fastest way to ensure you get exactly what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Jouéur does everything immediately because we respect you and your time. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well. Although we may not have been on the same page this time, we still believe in you. Come back and try again when the time is right. See if the spark is there. We love you.
